Bangladesh Cyclone
I have many friends on the net, a fair few are located in Bangladesh, as you may have heard there was a cyclone on November 15th that has caused widespread damage across the southern coast and also recurring damage to food crops, cattle, water supplies and many other things. Over 800,000 tonnes of rice has been destroyed, exasperating the food shortage further. There is no clean water and people are forced to drink water contaminated with dead livestock. I must say that I am rather worried because I have not heard from anyone in Bangladesh since this happened. I am hoping that it is a case of no internet connection and not that they have unfortunately become a victim of climate change.

RE: Bangladesh Cyclone
The name of the cyclone is 'Sidor'. And it cause a lot of sufferings for the people of Bangladesh. Have anyone ever seen a dead body at the top of a tree with no cloths wearing? Have anyone ever seen a 10 years old child crying for all the members of his family (as they all r dead)? It can't be expressed in words. Bangladesh is a poor country. Many people can't get food twice a day. Now, what will they do? We can eat whenever we wish. Can't we give some money to them to survive? If we do, no one will lose but the mankind will win. Thank you sirtokealot.

RE: Bangladesh Cyclone
Is this the natures way of balancing the environment? Thousands of people die every year due to this natures fury. People are rendered homeless. Crops, cattle and houses are destroyed. Atleast we can pray for the lost souls.
